Our Services
Three Services, Clearly Described
Each service is designed to meet a different stage of a pension matter. You may need only one, or a combination — we will help you understand which applies.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How We Approach Each Case
Whatever service you engage, the same underlying approach applies: careful listening, honest assessment, and work that is organised and well communicated throughout.
Listen
We start by hearing what you have experienced and what concerns you most, without rushing to conclusions.
Review
We look at what you have received, assess where things stand, and identify the options available to you within the law.
Advise
We explain your position clearly and set out what each path might involve — without steering you toward any particular one.
Act
If you decide to proceed, we handle the work carefully and keep you informed at every step.
Service 01
First Pension Consultation
A gentle, unpressured first meeting to talk through your pension concerns and review any letters or decisions you have received. Suited to those feeling unsettled who would value a calm, honest explanation of where things stand. Any next step remains your decision.
- Review of documents and correspondence received
- Options set out plainly without legal jargon
- Questions answered at your own pace
- Available in person at our KL office or remotely
Best for: Those who have received pension-related correspondence and want to understand their position before deciding on any next step.
Service 02
Managing Fund Communication
Steady help in handling ongoing communication with pension funds and authorities, including preparing letters and organising the records your case needs. Well suited to clients who would rather not manage a stressful exchange alone. We draft on your behalf, track important dates, and keep you clearly informed throughout.
- All correspondence drafted and sent on your behalf
- Response deadlines and fund timelines monitored
- Records and documentation organised throughout
- Regular updates so you always know where things stand
Best for: Those already in an ongoing exchange with their pension fund or authority who find the process stressful or difficult to navigate alone.
Service 03
Formal Proceedings & Representation
Considered representation for pension matters that require formal steps, prepared and presented with care. We handle the procedural work, stand with you, and put your position forward in a measured, respectful manner. Includes full case preparation, liaison with relevant parties, and attendance on your behalf where appropriate.
- Full preparation of your case and supporting documents
- Direct liaison with regulatory bodies and relevant parties
- Attendance and representation at formal proceedings
- Your position presented in a composed, measured manner
Best for: Those whose pension matter has reached a point where formal steps — such as tribunal appearances or regulatory submissions — are required.
